i got this problem abt 2 yrs ago. i was feeling sudden severe pain around my back passage, i took medicines from a general doctor and my pain was gone. It was repeated 2-3 times since then and i did d same thing. But now i consulted a surgeon. after getting my MRI done he told me that my fistula has gone deep and its very high so surgery is not recommended as its risky. He himself adviced me to go for ayurvedic therapy. plz tel me if it can help.
