Fistula

I gone through the Ksharasutra surgery 6 months back, but from 2 months I have a painful stool, I met a doctor and he said that rectum hole become small, now I am taking homeopathy medicine I wanted to know if there is any medicine to cure it in ayurveda without surgery

Hello Exact diagnosis can be made only after a proper examination but u can try - 1. Jatyadi Oil for Local Application twice daily. 2. Any mild laxative e.g Haritaki Churn or Trifala Churn or Panch Sakar Churn 3. Have plenty of water and maintain hygeine 4. Dont strain very hard during passing stools. Al d very best......
