Hello doctor, I was diagnosed with Pilonidal Sinus abt 3 yrs ago. I was treated with antibiotics several times. Took homeopathic & ayurvedic medicines also. But evry time it came back. I was operated by Z-plasty technique abt 1 yr ago in fortis hospital. They told me that there r no chances of recurrence after this surgery. But the problem came back within 2 months. I m having pus discharge from 3 different sites. Feels pain while driving or lying on back. I m taking ayurvedic medicines now. I just want to knw if it is possible to have kshar sutra treatment after the surgery. I live in ghaziabad.
