repeated swelling at my back

I m having dis problem for many years. I suddenly start feeling pain and swelling near my back passage. It comes and go at regular intervals. This time I m having it since 3 months. What shud I do.

Hello,, there r many possibilities.. u may have an perianal abscess or a thrombosed hemorrhoid or it may be a worse form of anal fissure.. It is advised to consult a doctor who can examine u to diagnose the problem .. all d best.. wish u lots of health..
