Fistula Helpful 1

I have been suffering from fistula but did not know about it I thought its piles but recently surgeon told they are two tabs and one anal fistula so he suggested me for operation aim diabetic also .i have very scared about operation in that place I become very panic .then I met other surgeon it need not operation f u operated it open in other place after then I met ayurvedic professor Mr.bhaskar he noticed with very simple test u have fisher ,tabs and fistula in lower as a diabetic u must need operation first I try with kshrasutra if it is big i wil remove .but now also iam scare because after surgery when I get toilet it's more painful and it's permanently curable are not pls give ur sugession which is better for me I am very depressive I have 43years only
