I\'m trying to find a surgeon/proctocologist in the Netherlands who is willing to apply kshar sutra for my perianal fistula. I spoke to one yesterday and she is not convinced the sphincter will not be damaged by kshar sutra. How can I make clear to her that though the sphincter is cut gradually by the thread it will not be functionally damaged? Your advice is highly appreciated, thanks in advance.
