My Brother has Fistula

My brother is 23 years old. He has anal fistula with three outside openings . we hav tried surgery for 3 times but it cannot be cured. We have heard that kshar sutra treatment is very effective. Planning for d same. Can u plz tell me how much time is required for the treatment.
